“I normally write reviews when I move out, not when I move, but this experience has been so amazing, I had to make an exception. I could spend the entire review talking about amazing the apartments are, how beautiful the area is, or how conveniently located the complex is to literally everything, but no. That’s not what this review is about. This review is about the office staff because they are truly what makes The Corydon so magical. From my first exchange with Buzz and every interaction after, he has been so kind. So empathetic. So patient. I have had a million questions and he has answered every single one of them never making me feel like I’m a burden. And he didn’t change even after I was approved and set to move in so I know he wasn’t just trying to get me to apply so he could forget about me. The property manager Nana is warm, kind, and caring as well. In my few conversations with her I knew that she cares deeply for her staff, her residents, and this property greatly. I’m so grateful I found this community. I relocated recently to the area and my last community down in Vancouver, WA was amazing. I have no doubt this place is going to feel like home in no time. Thank you Nana & Buzz for welcoming me arms wide open!”

“I have been living at the Corydon for a year and decided to stay for another year. I am writing to share my experience. The staff here are super helpful and friendly. They are responsive whenever I need help. And there are regular fun events for residents to have a sense of community. Really appreciate the efforts. I love the layout of the apartment. It is really spacious and well-equipped. The gorgeous garden inside the property makes me refreshed in the morning. There is also an underground parking lot. The location is very convenient and safe. There are bus stops right outside. It is close to U village and has restaurants and retail stores onsite. And people can jog or go cycling on the Burke-Gilman Trail right next to the property. As the previous reviews mentioned, there were false fire alarms occurred before. But it has been fixed and it has never happened for over 6 months. Well, no neighborhood is perfect. What matters is that the management team would take feedback to make a difference. Always appreciate when people put effort instead of maintaining the course. Good job and please keep it up!”
