Dogs & Cats Welcome
We allow cats and dogs of all breeds and sizes (no weight limit). Maximum two pets per unit. Pets must be house‑trained and licensed per City of Seattle regulations. Pet deposit: $300 per pet. Monthly pet rent: $35 per pet.
